Coming Home - Mar, 2008

March, 2008 - Pequot Lakes, MN - Penned by Steve Pierce of the Antique Snowmobile Club of America, Vol. 23 No. 4 of the club's bi-monthly Iron Dog Tracks newsletter featured an excellent cover article titled "Coming Home." This heartwarming story provided a brief overview of Trail-A-Sled, Inc, and Scorpion snowmobiles, as well as the Harrison family. Homecoming 2008 was noted as well as a promo for Homecoming 2009.

Life, Liberty, and the Small-Bore Engine - Aug, 2007

August 22, 2007 - Baltimore, MD - The John Hopkins University Press publishes Motorized Obsessions - Life, Liberty, and the Small-Bore Engine. Penned by Professor Paul R. Josephson, this well-researched volume presents a compelling history of the internal combustion engine. While raising significant cause for environmental concern, Prof. Josephson does provide a balanced recap of Trail-A-Sled, Inc. and Scorpion it's second chapter titled, Elk-Snowmobile Syndrome.

Ladies First - Feb 2007

February 1, 2007 - Maple Grove, MN - Penned by Lynn Keillor for the February, 2007 issue, Snow Goer's Time Line segment provided a well researched overview of the Stingerette and Super Stingerette. Several well known hobbyists and former employees were tapped for this informative three-page piece titled Ladies First.
